Honey has got such great values to health! If you are planning to diet then look for adding honey to your diet, or if you are planning to put on weight then look for honey in your diet! Just the way they are added makes them more important! SO Honey goes in for almost all of us!

Honey is something we always keep on hand in my house. We have used it in recipes on The Chocolate Cult, too. Darker is better and I've heard using local honey can help with allergies but to be blunt, we use because we love the taste and it can be used in a variety of ways.

Honey is terrific...we take it every spring (made from local bees) to combat allergies. I also remember my grandaddy putting it on a horses' injured leg on the farm so it wouldn't get infected.....I tried that on my brother a couple of years later and got in HUGE trouble for making him a sticky mess, lol!

Honey! Delicious! Chocolate! Even Better! I use honey when making protein pancakes as a sweetener instead of sugar, along with tea. It's a very versatile tool in baking and I look forward to reading this book!
